{"id":353,"date":"2007-09-03T11:19:00","date_gmt":"2007-09-03T11:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/axelakesson.com\/food\/tagliatelle-di-pollo-2\/"},"modified":"2016-01-21T17:50:26","modified_gmt":"2016-01-21T17:50:26","slug":"tagliatelle-di-pollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/axelakesson.com\/food\/2007\/09\/tagliatelle-di-pollo\/","title":{"rendered":"Tagliatelle di Pollo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of my favorite recipes.<br \/>\nEnough for four portions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for Tagliatelle di Pollo:<\/strong><br \/>\n400g tagliatelle<br \/>\n250g chicken breast<br \/>\n300g leaf spinach<br \/>\nHalf an onion<br \/>\n150g goats cheese<br \/>\n400ml cream<br \/>\n3 cloves of garlic<br \/>\nFresh parsley<br \/>\nFresh chive<br \/>\nPinenuts<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nPepper<br \/>\nOlive oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparing the Tagliatelle di Pollo:<\/strong><br \/>\nSlice the chicken in thin slices. Chop the onion, herbs and garlic finely. Fry the garlic gently in some olive oil. Add the chicken and let it fry.<br \/>\nAdd the cream, herbs and goats cheese (in small pieces). Let this cook until the cheese is melted. Lower the heat.<br \/>\nPut on water for the tagliatelle.<br \/>\nIn another pan, roast the pine nuts. Put in a bowl for use later.<br \/>\nFry the onion with some olive oil in the same pan. Add the spinach leafs and fry this.<br \/>\nPut the cooked pasta in the sauce and let this cook together a bit.<br \/>\nPut the spinach on a plate, add some roasted pine nuts, add the tagliatelle on top of this. Add some more pine nuts, a string of extra virgin olive oil, some black pepper and maybe some basil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of my favorite recipes.
